1. Scope and eligibility
These terms govern the NXT HAND website, its illustrative demonstrations and informational content. Separate access, payment and third-party terms may apply to the protected assistant and any services you choose to visit. Read the applicable terms before obtaining access or paying. Do not use gambling-related features if you are under 21, below any higher applicable minimum age, legally prohibited from gambling, or subject to an applicable self-exclusion.
Our 21+ policy applies even where local law allows gambling at a younger age. An age badge is a notice, not identity verification or proof of legal eligibility. Availability of this website or a link does not mean gambling, a particular game or a third-party operator is lawful where you are located.
2. What NXT HAND provides
NXT HAND is an informational interface for reviewing entered results, pattern scores and card analysis. This website does not accept or place real-money bets, hold a gambling bankroll or pay casino winnings. A virtual demo balance has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Names such as “Predictor,” “AI,” “signal,” “Go,” “Play” or “confidence” do not promise knowledge of a future random result or instruct you to gamble.
Pattern percentages are heuristic model scores, not measured win probabilities or verified predictive accuracy. Historical streaks, rarity, imbalance and records do not prove that an outcome is due. Card calculations depend on entered cards and assumed game rules; different rules, payouts, qualification requirements or incorrect inputs can make those calculations inapplicable. We do not provide personal financial, investment, legal or professional gambling advice.
3. Demonstrations are deliberately illustrative
The homepage demo uses virtual funds and generated results. Its feed is adjusted to show patterns more often, and its simulated bet outcomes are deliberately biased toward wins: approximately seven in ten demo bets win, with a limit on consecutive demo losses. This is a presentation setting, not evidence that the assistant wins at that rate. Real play can include much longer losing streaks and a complete loss of funds.
Displayed balances, strategy comparisons, animations and wins are not actual customer results, audited returns or representative forecasts. Replaying the demo creates a new virtual account. Demo bias is not applied to the protected assistant's calculation engine. No staking system changes the underlying odds or removes financial risk.
4. Your decisions and financial responsibility
You decide independently whether to gamble, where to gamble, how much to risk and when to stop. You are responsible for checking inputs, rules, eligibility, operator licensing and your ability to afford a complete loss. Do not rely on a signal, animation, percentage, testimonial or past result as a promise of profit.
Ordinary gambling losses from bets you choose to place are yours; NXT HAND does not insure bets or promise to reimburse those losses. Do not use borrowed money, rent, bills, savings needed for essentials or funds belonging to someone else. Do not chase losses or increase stakes to recover them. You remain responsible for any applicable reporting and tax obligations. These statements do not remove rights or remedies you have for our own unlawful conduct or a defective paid service.
5. Location, U.S. states and international access
In the United States, requirements differ by state, tribal jurisdiction, game and operator. Check the regulator for your actual location and use only an operator legally authorized to offer that activity there. Do not use a VPN, false identity or another person's account to bypass age, location, licensing or self-exclusion controls. Access from a U.S. address is not confirmation of legality or regulatory approval.
The same obligation applies in Canada (including province-specific rules), Great Britain, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the EU/EEA, Switzerland and other locations. “Tier 1” is a marketing label, not a shared legal jurisdiction or a list of countries in which gambling is authorized. Some games and online services may be prohibited locally even when this informational website is accessible. If legality or eligibility is uncertain, do not gamble.
6. Access, payments and third parties
Review the current price, currency, access period, renewal terms, cancellation process and seller information in the official checkout before committing. A demo is not an offer of free real-money play. These website terms do not change an existing purchase, lifetime entitlement, trial budget or subscription. They do not authorize recurring charges or waive statutory cancellation or refund rights.
Third-party casinos, platforms, payment providers and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link or access offer does not guarantee their licensing, solvency, withdrawals, fairness or suitability. Do not make a deposit solely to obtain access to this tool. Any commercial or referral relationship associated with an offer must be considered separately from the informational content; an offer is not an independent assurance that you will win.
7. Permitted use and security
Use the service lawfully and for your own permitted purposes. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with other users, distribute malicious code, impersonate others or reproduce the service commercially without permission. Do not share passwords, payment details or gaming-account credentials in demo inputs. Preserve copyright and ownership notices. Nothing in these terms restricts use allowed by mandatory law.
8. Availability and limitations
Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Network errors, incorrect inputs and software defects can affect a display or result. Stop relying on the service if it appears incorrect. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free outcomes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept liability for speculative profits or ordinary wagering losses arising from your independent gambling decisions.
This is not an exclusion of all liability. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate wrongdoing, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence where protected by law, or any other non-excludable liability. Mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies remain available. A risk notice does not excuse misleading claims or our failure to meet legal obligations.
9. Consumer rights and disputes
Applicable mandatory protections in your jurisdiction remain in force, including relevant U.S. federal and state protections, UK and EU/EEA consumer rights, Canadian provincial protections, Australian Consumer Law guarantees and New Zealand consumer guarantees. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign-court requirement. The operator's location in Georgia does not remove protections or access to courts and regulators that the law gives you.
For an access, billing or product question, write directly to @nxthandbot on Telegram; support is available inside the bot. You may also use the dispute route on your payment receipt and available payment-provider, consumer-protection and court remedies. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. A gambling support service is independent and does not handle NXT HAND billing complaints.
Visit information
Opening a connected page sends a random visit key and browser request to our access infrastructure. We record visit time, the connected website and source when known, approximate country from the network address, and browser, operating system and device type from request headers. This counts visitors before Telegram; a page visit alone does not provide a Telegram name or account ID. Continuing to Telegram can connect the visit to that account.
The random tab session key is reused for up to 30 minutes to avoid counting a reload and access-button click as separate visits. The server continuation mapping expires after 24 hours and is removed by scheduled cleanup; visit statistics have separate retention. Browser storage can be cleared through browser settings; this does not delete statistics already recorded. This visit collection does not request your precise GPS location or payment credentials.
10. Changes and interpretation
Material updates will carry a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove accrued rights; additional notice or consent will be obtained where required by law. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, that does not remove the remaining lawful provisions. No statement on this page certifies universal regulatory compliance or authorizes gambling in a restricted location.
